Snell & Wilmer Partner Anthony J. Carucci Elected Board Secretary of the Constitutional Rights Foundation Orange County

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Partner Anthony J. Carucci has been elected Secretary of the Constitutional Rights Foundation Orange County (CRF-OC) Board of Directors. Operating since 1981, CRF-OC is a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization that promotes civic literacy, youth leadership, and career awareness through interactive programs that connect Orange County students with legal professionals, business leaders, and other community members, inspiring informed, engaged citizenship and future leadership.

Carucci has served as a member of the CRF-OC Board of Directors since 2021. He is also the Co-Chair of the organization’s Mock Trial Committee, of which he has been a member since 2017. He previously served as Board Chair of the CRF-OC’s Associate Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020.

Carucci’s practice is focused on litigation, representing clients in complex class actions and business disputes involving real estate, construction, fraud, and corporate matters. He has extensive experience defending companies against consumer class actions, including claims involving the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), False Advertising Law, California’s Unfair Competition laws, California’s Honest Pricing law, the Unruh Act, and express and implied warranty laws. His practice also includes matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and fraudulent transfer claims.
