Since joining the firm after clerking for Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel at the Arizona Supreme Court, Amanda has focused her practice in commercial litigation. She assists clients in complex appeals and other appellate litigation. In her appellate practice, Amanda has been involved in appeals before circuit courts of appeal, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
In Amanda’s litigation practice, she assists clients in resolving commercial and contractual disputes, including constitutional claims and issues of statutory interpretation.
As a third-generation horsewoman, Amanda also enjoys assisting clients with a variety of equine- and agricultural-related matters and lending her experience in addressing issues specific to such concerns. In her professional and personal pursuits, she is passionate about her background with horses who have been retired from racing (e.g., off-track Thoroughbreds), particularly in helping prepare them for post-racing activities.
