Snell & Wilmer Introduces 19 New Associates Firmwide

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to introduce 19 new associates who have joined the firm. The 2025 associate class comprises individuals from 10 different law schools.

“Our newest associates bring diverse talents and fresh perspectives, along with a steadfast commitment to the high standards and core values that guide our firm’s work with clients, communities, and colleagues,” said Firm Chair Barbara J. Dawson.

The following are the firm’s new associates:

Lian Ascher focuses her practice on labor and employment. Ascher received her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining the firm, Ascher served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James A. Soto of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Susan Biscardi focuses her practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Biscardi received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and her B.A in Political Science and Sustainability from San Diego State University. Prior to joining the firm, Biscardi served as a judicial extern to Judge Daniel E. Butcher of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California

Gonzalo Bugeda Salido focuses his practice on bankruptcy. Bugeda received his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and his LL.B. from the Universidad Panamericana. Prior to joining the firm, Bugeda served as a judicial clerk for the Federal Court of Appeals, First Circuit in Mexico City.

Michael Cunningham focuses his practice on commercial finance. Cunningham received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his B.S. in Writing & Rhetoric Studies from the University of Utah.

Michael R. Feeney focuses his practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Feeney received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining the firm, Feeney served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Kathryn H. King of the Arizona Supreme Court.

Reagan Folaron focuses her practice on litigation, investigation, and trials. Folaron received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College.

Maxwell G. Himmelright focuses his practice on bankruptcy. Himmelright received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and his B.S. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to joining the firm, Himmelright served as an extern to the Honorable Judge Patrick Bumatay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Bennett Houck focuses his practice on real estate. Houck received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the firm, Houck served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Diane J. Humetewa of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Cody A. Jackson focuses his practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Jackson received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Weber State University. Prior to joining the firm, Jackson served as a law clerk to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.

Annie Karch focuses her practice on commercial finance. Karch received her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and her B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida.

Kevin Kuhm focuses his practice on corporate and securities. Kuhm received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University, and his B.S. in Health and Physical Education from the University of Arizona.

Matthew Racioppo focuses his practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Racioppo received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, and his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining the firm, Racioppo served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen P. McGlynn of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Allison Rascon focuses her practice on labor and employment. Rascon received her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and her B.S. in Public Health, Health Systems Theory, and Practice from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining the firm, Rascon served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Scott H. Rash of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.  

Kara Reed focuses her practice on real estate. Reed received her J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, and her B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University.

Kaitlyn M. Stout focuses her practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Stout received her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to joining the firm, Stout served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Cam Ferenbach of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Molly J. Stubblefield focuses her practice on litigation, investigations, and trials. Stubblefield received her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, her M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma, and her B.S. in Mathematics from Western Oregon University. Prior to joining the firm, Stout served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Patricia Lee of the Supreme Court of Nevada.  

Kaitlyn M. Vance focuses her practice on commercial finance. Vance received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.A. in Business Law and B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business.

Sydney Virtue focuses her practice on intellectual property. Virtue received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, and her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from West Virginia University. Prior to joining the firm, Virtue served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.

Thomas Williams focuses his practice on special litigation and compliance. Williams received his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, his M.A. in Government from Georgetown University, and his B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
