Cody Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. His practice focuses on general business litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on contract disputes, business ownership disputes, and other internal business conflicts. Cody represents a range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and has experience handling matters involving commercial agreements, employment-related contract issues, property disputes, and other complex business disputes.
Before joining the firm, Cody served as a law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he worked on a wide variety of cases, including complex commercial disputes and other appellate matters.
