Mission Statement
We facilitate interaction of Snell & Wilmer’s LGBTQ+ personnel and their allied colleagues; help LGBTQ+ personnel to thrive, fostering the professional development opportunities of our LGBTQ+ attorneys and staff; provide a supportive space to discuss issues of concern to LGBTQ+ personnel, their families and their allies; and, when appropriate, address public issues that impact the LGBTQ+ community within and outside the firm.

We celebrate the identities and journeys of first-generation professionals. First-Gen Forward aims to help first-generation professionals succeed by providing professional development opportunities and creating access to resources, trainings and leaders at all levels designed to promote and advance first-generation professionals.
