Snell & Wilmer Advises Corporate Network Solutions in Acquisition of Affinity Technology

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised Corporate Network Solutions (CNS), a leading national network integration and technical services company, during its buy-side transaction to acquire the assets of Affinity Technology, an outsourced IT service provider based in Phoenix. 

Founded in 1995, CNS provides technical consulting and project management services specializing in network infrastructure development and security, network implementation, network support services, remote access connectivity, and application sharing (ASP). Affinity Technology joins CNS’ rank of IT outsourcing and consulting businesses including Managed Services Solutions (managed IT services) and Technical Product Solutions (hardware and software provider).
