Snell & Wilmer Advises Ownership Group of the San Francisco Galleria Park Hotel in Connection With a $36 Million Refinance

SAN DIEGO – Snell & Wilmer advised the ownership group of the Galleria Park Hotel in securing a $36 million mortgage loan from Ramsfield Hospitality Finance (RHF). The historic 177-room San Francisco hotel property is within walking distance of some of the city’s top tourist and corporate demand drivers, including the Union Square shopping district, Chinatown, The Embarcadero, the Moscone Center, the San Francisco Ferry Building, Market Street and Oracle Park.  

The ownership group purchased the Galleria Park Hotel in 2005 and has invested significant funds in renovations to celebrate the hotel’s rich history and enhance its stylish appeal to the current market. With RHF’s announcement of the refinancing deal in a recent LinkedIn post, the hotel plans to continue its strong presence in the San Francisco area and continue to provide a unique option for leisure and corporate travel.
