Vivienne Chen is a real estate associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office. She is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group and her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposition, real estate development, and commercial leasing of all types. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Vivienne was the associate director of development for a real estate development company in Los Angeles, focusing on all stages of preparing infill sites for construction.
