Our Attorneys
Our Tucson law office was established in 1988. In 1989, we combined with Tucson's largest law firm, Bilby & Shoenhair, and today Snell & Wilmer remains the largest full-service law firm in the Tucson metropolitan area and Southern Arizona. We have more than 30 attorneys practicing in the city, a number of whom are named in the publication The Best Lawyers in America ® by Woodward/White, Inc. Recently, our Tucson office was recognized for its ethical business practices by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Arizona, which named Snell & Wilmer a winner of the 2007 BBB Business Ethics Awards.

Our Practice
We provide a variety of full-service transactional and litigation legal services for businesses and individuals. By teaming with attorneys throughout the firm, we have the experience and ability to address virtually any legal matter for our clients.
In addition to practicing law, our attorneys are actively involved with industry groups and professional organizations, which enables them to better understand the issues faced by our clients. These organizations include, Pima County Bar Association, Airports Council International, Metropolitan Pima Alliance, American Association of Nurse Attorneys, and Arizona Association of Health Care Lawyers.

Our Clients
Our attorneys represent a wide range of clients from an array of industries including high-tech, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, and financial services. Our client list currently includes 17 of the 27 corporate headquarters located in Arizona. We also regularly represent Fortune 500 companies, publicly-traded corporations, small and emerging businesses, entrepreneurs or individuals. Some of these clients are Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, Caterpillar, Inc., Professional Transit Management of Tucson, Tucson Airport Authority, Bank One, and the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA).
Our Community
As reflected in our firm credo and pro bono statement, community service is an important part of our culture. Since our expansion into the Tucson area, Snell & Wilmer has participated in numerous community and pro bono projects in Southern Arizona and has been recognized for its community outreach with various awards.
Involvement in the Tucson community includes both community outreach programs and cultural improvement organizations. Some of the many organizations that our attorneys are members of include: the Homeless Legal Assistance Project, Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, the Asthma Foundation of Southern Arizona, Tucson Museum of Art, Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Special Olympics, and Tucson Performing Arts Center.
Since 1991, we have been active in the restoration project for the San Xavier del Bac Mission (www.sanxaviermission.org). The mission, more than 200 years old, is located ten miles south of Tucson and has served as the religious home for the Tohono O'odham Indian Tribe for over 150 years.
