Dylan Burstein’s national practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract matters, bad-faith insurance disputes, intellectual property litigation, and class actions for organizations throughout the United States. He also represents local homeowners, developers, and homeowners associations in real property disputes. Dylan maintains an active practice both in Arizona and California. His wide-ranging experience has taught him that no two clients—and no two disputes—are the same. Every case requires its own strategy tailored to achieving maximum results as efficiently as possible.
