Chris Fahrendorf’s practice is concentrated in the area of commercial finance and real estate transactions. He represents developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments. Chris also represents financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions.
