Robert Kethcart is a business litigator whose practice focuses on medical and pharmaceutical liability defense, catastrophic injury, complex commercial, real estate, and consumer fraud litigation, including class actions.
He represents businesses and individuals in complex business litigation involving real estate title and lending disputes, contract-based claims, and business torts such as fraud, misrepresentation, and intentional interference with contract. Robert represents health care professionals in litigation and before state licensing boards. He also advises dentists in connection with the sale or purchase of dental practices and provides ongoing general legal counsel regarding issues that arise in the day-to-day operation of their businesses.
Robert is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Ethics Committee and Hiring Committee.
