Over the years, we have participated in the origination of billions of dollars in secured and unsecured lines of credit, acquisition and development loans and construction loans, representing lenders in providing construction and long-term financing for virtually every type of income producing property, including office buildings, regional malls, casinos and industrial facilities.
Our attorneys are also actively involved in providing "non-conventional" financing products such as mezzanine loans, conduit loans, participating and convertible mortgages and synthetic leases. In the public finance arena, we represent issuers, underwriters and the providers of credit enhancement for taxable and tax exempt bonds which have been used to construct infrastructural improvements such as airports and a major toll road, hospitals, and numerous apartment projects.
