Antitrust/Competition

Client and Industry Challenges

Businesses facing challenging antitrust issues often demand, and are entitled to, experienced antitrust defense counsel who can identify the real risks-and provide and execute options to resolve those risks-in structuring mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; in developing sales programs, exclusive arrangements and joint marketing efforts; in addressing governmental inquiries such as Civil Investigative Demands and grand jury subpoenas; and in defending and prosecuting antitrust claims.

Snell & Wilmer's antitrust and competition group provides focused and constructive antitrust advice tailored to fit the needs of each of our clients. Our antitrust team includes both litigators and corporate attorneys with the broad experience necessary to provide innovative, effective counsel and service for all antitrust and competition issues.
