Biography

Jeremy Stewart concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. He represents clients in complex antitrust and securities litigation, professional liability litigation, contract disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, and general business litigation. His commercial litigation experience includes all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation dispute resolution through appeal. He has extensive experience representing clients before state and federal courts, in local and international arbitrations, in mediations and before numerous regulatory agencies.
