by Kathryn Hackett King, Joseph A. Kroeger, John F. Lomax, Jr. and Gerard Morales
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently announced it is postponing a requirement for employers to post notices informing employees of their federal labor law rights, in response to pending lawsuits challenging the NLRB’s new rule. In a December 23, 2011 announcement, the NLRB stated it has agreed to postpone the effective date of this posting requirement until April 30, 2012.
