Todd Jones provides his clients with over 33 years of legal and industry experience with a primary focus in commercial finance, debt and equity restructurings, bankruptcy, and general commercial law. In addition to Todd’s extensive private firm experience, he provided savvy legal and strategic advice to his many business banking colleagues for 14 years as internal counsel with a large finance company. Todd leverages his many years advising clients in the franchise and owner-operator industries, together with his prior experience, to provide multiple clients in many other markets and areas focused and practical guidance on a multitude of business issues. In addition to his syndication and direct loan origination experience, Todd has led or co-led significant multi-billion dollar asset sales, acquisitions, securitizations and related corporate matters. His background includes representation of lenders in large publicly traded Chapter 11 reorganizations, real estate bankruptcy matters and related workouts. Todd co-leads the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group, which has over 50 professionals in multiple offices.
