Shubham Shah is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters. His practice focuses on governmental investigations, products liability, and general commercial disputes. He has experience handling SEC and DOJ investigations, nationwide products liability cases, and bankruptcy litigation in federal court.
Shubham brings experience in creditors’ rights, corporate restructurings, and federal court receiverships. His experience includes taking first-chair depositions in products liability matters, drafting motions and briefs in white collar and commercial litigation, and supporting large-scale SEC and DOJ investigations.
Shubham earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and his B.S. in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
