Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Shubham Shah to the Firm
SALT LAKE CITY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Shubham Shah has joined the Salt Lake City office as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group.
Shah represents clients in complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters. His practice focuses on governmental investigations, products liability, and general commercial disputes. He has experience handling SEC and DOJ investigations, nationwide products liability cases, and bankruptcy litigation in federal court.
Shah brings experience in creditors’ rights, corporate restructurings, and federal court receiverships. He has first-chair deposition experience in products liability matters and regularly drafts motions and briefs in white collar and commercial litigation cases.
Shah earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and his B.S. in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
