Sean Roberts

Sean Roberts is an associate in Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group in the Tucson office.

Sean represents clients and individuals in a broad range of matters, including general commercial and business litigation, regulatory investigations, white collar criminal defense and real estate litigation. Sean has experience litigating matters in federal and state court and representing clients in investigations conducted by the Office of the New York State Attorney General and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Sean also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing and advising individuals and organizations in immigration and family matters. Sean has drafted amici curiae briefs submitted to the New York Appellate Division on behalf of leading New York legal service organizations. He has also prepared advisory memoranda and guidebooks on a variety of topics including New York’s election certification process, interactions with child welfare agencies and order of protection appealability.
