Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Attorney Sean Roberts to Tucson Office

TUCSON – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorney Sean Roberts has joined the firm’s Tucson office as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. Roberts brings a well-rounded background in commercial and business litigation, regulatory investigations, and white collar criminal defense, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in Southern Arizona.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Roberts served as a litigation associate at two firms in New York, where he represented clients in a broad range of matters, including general commercial and business litigation, regulatory investigations, white collar criminal defense, and real estate litigation. Roberts also founded and continues to maintain a pro bono practice, representing individuals and organizations in immigration and family matters.

Roberts earned his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, he completed internships with Judge Claude M. Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Arizona, as well as an externship in the Office of General Counsel at the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York.
