Scarlet Leggio focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in a broad range of business disputes. She works with companies and individuals through all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and discovery through trial, mediation, and resolution.
Scarlet has experience handling matters involving breach of contract, fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. She has trial experience in complex commercial disputes, assisting with all phases of trial preparation and proceedings, including witness preparation, motion practice, exhibit management, and trial strategy. Her litigation experience includes drafting and arguing complex motions, including anti-SLAPP motions, discovery motions, demurrers, and other dispositive motions, as well as managing all aspects of written discovery.
Scarlet has experience taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediations, and preparing comprehensive mediation briefs that support strategic settlement discussions. She also assists with trial preparation by developing witness examinations, preparing exhibits, and helping clients navigate each stage of the litigation process.
While attending law school, Scarlet volunteered with the Arizona State University Civil Litigation Clinic, providing pro bono legal services and representing clients in a variety of civil legal matters.
