Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Scarlet Leggio to the Orange County Office

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Scarlet Leggio has joined the firm’s Orange County office as an associate in the Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group. Leggio focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing companies and individuals in a broad range of business disputes. She works with clients throughout all phases of litigation, from early case strategy and discovery through trial, mediation, and resolution.

Leggio has experience handling matters involving breach of contract, fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. She has trial experience in complex commercial disputes and has assisted with all phases of trial preparation and proceedings, including witness preparation, motion practice, exhibit management, and trial strategy. Her litigation experience also includes drafting and arguing complex motions, including anti-SLAPP motions, discovery motions, demurrers, and other dispositive motions, as well as managing all aspects of written discovery.

Leggio also has experience taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediations, and preparing comprehensive mediation briefs to support strategic settlement discussions. She assists with trial preparation by developing witness examinations, preparing exhibits, and helping clients navigate each stage of the litigation process.

While attending law school, Leggio volunteered with the Arizona State University Civil Litigation Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services and represented clients in a variety of civil legal matters.
