Biography

Sara Ajeti is a member of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. Her practice focuses on environmental, natural resources, and water law matters, with experience advising on complex water infrastructure projects, administrative proceedings, and regulatory compliance issues. Prior to joining the firm, Sara served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, where she represented the Idaho Department of Water Resources in matters involving water rights administration, state procurement and licensing requirements, and judicial review proceedings under the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act. She has also gained experience supporting environmental litigation and regulatory matters through positions with Advocates for the West and the United States Department of Justice’s Environmental & Natural Resources Division.
