Robin Miskell focuses her practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, taxation and exempt organizations. She is experienced in drafting complex trust agreements, gift and estate tax returns, creating charitable organizations and handling complex trust and estate administration cases. Robin is a Certified Estate and Trust Law Specialist through the State Bar of Arizona, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She designs customized estate plans for married and unmarried couples, individuals and high-net-worth clients that include tax saving strategies, probate avoidance, education planning for children, charitable giving, inter-generational wealth transfers, real estate, life insurance and retirement strategies, and end-of-life planning. She is a 1990 graduate of the University of Texas.
