Biography

Rachael Clark’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, receiverships, and commercial litigation matters. In her bankruptcy and receivership practice, Rachael represents creditors, buyers, investors, official committees, receivers, and trustees. In her litigation practice, Rachael focuses on business disputes involving commercial and real estate transactions, secured financing agreements, guaranties, leases, real property disputes, antitrust and consumer protection act claims, and class action defense. Rachael also has experience with matters involving state and federal constitutional law.
