Paul Shakespear focuses his practice in commercial litigation, energy and utility law and defending clients in product liability and medical malpractice matters. His commercial litigation experience includes real estate and title insurance disputes, business membership cases and contract matters. He has represented his energy and utility clients in land use and regulatory matters. His product liability defense focuses on defending automotive and medical device manufacturers.
