Mary Katherine Andrews

Mary Katherine Andrews is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on environmental related matters including development, land use, regulatory compliance and permitting. She assists on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable development and traditional fuels, as well as mining.

She has experience advising public and private clients on environmental liability, complex regulatory and jurisdictional issues, state and federal administrative rulemakings, trial and appeals litigation for both plaintiff and defense sides. She has handled environmental compliance and enforcement cases related to the National Environmental Policy Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and air quality matters. She also has water law experience with filing applications for changes in use and due diligence applications for conditional and absolute water rights.
