Mary Katherine Andrews

Mary Katherine Andrews is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice advising public and private clients on environmental related matters including regulatory compliance and permitting, litigation, and transactions. She assists on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable development and traditional fuels, as well as mining matters. She has experience advising on environmental assessment and liability matters, complex regulatory and jurisdictional issues, state and federal administrative rulemaking and appeals. She has handled compliance and enforcement cases related to the National Environmental Policy Act, air quality matters, and hazardous materials contamination.

Her practice also focuses on water related transactions, litigation matters, and related administrative proceedings involving the adjudication of water rights, changes of water rights, water rights disputes and appeals.

Mary Katherine received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Studies and Philosophy from Boston College.
