Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Mary Katherine Andrews to the Denver Office
DENVER – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Mary Katherine Andrews has joined the firm’s Denver office as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. She advises public and private clients on environmental regulatory permitting and compliance as well as water rights for renewable and traditional energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. She also has experience with environmental litigation and rulemaking.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrews was an associate in the environmental practice at Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Denver office. Before moving to Denver in 2022, Andrews was an associate at Day Pitney, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
Andrews earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2021, where she was an editor for the International Law Journal and served as Vice President of the Energy and Environmental Law Society. During her time in law school, she also served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, a student attorney for the BU Law Civil Litigation Clinic, and an intern for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Environmental Studies and Philosophy with a minor in French from Boston College in 2018.
