Malcolm S. MacWilliamson is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, where their practice is focused on general litigation matters. Malcolm represents individuals and corporate entities in a range of litigation matters, guiding clients from early case assessment through resolution. They are a skilled legal writer and creative problem solver committed to helping clients resolve their concerns. Their experience also includes counseling on civil rights and welfare issues involving historically underrepresented groups, and providing legal assistance to low-income individuals on matters related to governmental benefits through the Oregon Law Center.
Prior to joining the firm, Malcolm served as a Term Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Adrienne C. Nelson in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. While in that position, Malcolm gained experience drafting orders, opinions, findings of fact and conclusions of law, and other judicial documents.
