Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Malcolm MacWilliamson to the Portland Office
PORTLAND – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Malcolm S. MacWilliamson has joined the firm’s Portland office as an associate in its Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group.
MacWilliamson focuses their practice on general litigation matters. They have experience representing individuals and corporate entities in a range of litigation matters, guiding clients from early case assessment through resolution. MacWilliamson is a skilled legal writer and creative problem solver committed to helping clients resolve their concerns. Their experience also includes counseling on civil rights and welfare issues involving historically underrepresented groups, and providing legal assistance to low-income individuals on matters related to governmental benefits through the Oregon Law Center.
Prior to joining the firm, MacWilliamson served as a Term Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Adrienne C. Nelson in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. While in that position, they gained experience drafting orders, opinions, findings of fact and conclusions of law, and other judicial documents. MacWilliamson received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law and their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and General Social Science from the University of Oregon Robert D. Clark Honors College.
