Lynsie Zona is a member of the firm’s commercial finance practice group. She primarily represents banks and other institutional lenders with real estate secured, cash flow, and asset-based lending, with a focus on franchise finance transactions. Lynsie also assists with residential development and acquisition finance projects for subdivisions, townhouse projects, and commercial office complexes. She has experience in drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diliigence review of title insurance and entity formation matters, and coordinating closings for multi-state real estate transactions.
