Biography

Lawrence Brown has over 25 years of experience at Snell & Wilmer LLP representing clients in a broad range of transactional matters. Inspired by mentors adept at advising clients with the big picture in mind, Lawrence enjoys understanding client objectives and delivering legal solutions to match.

He does this by combining three legal disciplines he has focused on over the years (corporate law, commercial finance law, and real estate law) so as to more effectively and efficiently advise clients. Lawrence now regularly represents developers, investors, institutional funds and end users in connection with a wide range of real estate matters. In addition, he continues to represent banks, institutional funds, private lenders, and borrowers in connection with financing transactions. Lawrence delivers quality advice at efficient rates and in a timely fashion – a common-sense approach sharpened by years of experience.
