Kimberly Dennis’ practice is concentrated in management-side employment and labor law. She represents clients in a wide range of employment disputes in both state and federal court, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and discrimination and harassment disputes under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In addition to her litigation practice, Kim provides employment counseling to a variety of companies and industries. Kim is known for her strategic, creative and cost-effective approach to solving client challenges.
Kim received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2012 and her B.S in Biology from Arizona State University. She is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and California.
