Biography

Kendall Lovell is counsel in Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, where she represents businesses in complex commercial litigation matters. Her practice focuses on business disputes involving contractual issues, fraud, intellectual property, construction, product liability, and other high-stakes commercial matters. Kendall has experience handling a broad range of disputes in both federal and state courts, including matters involving trade secrets, trademark, copyright, and patent issues.

Kendall brings extensive litigation experience to her practice, including significant trial preparation, second-chair trial experience, and deposition work. She regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions, temporary restraining orders, and discovery motions, and works with clients to develop strategic approaches to resolving complex disputes. Her intellectual property experience includes managing domestic and international trademark portfolios and collaborating with foreign counsel to protect clients’ intellectual property rights.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Kendall represented businesses in complex commercial disputes involving a variety of industries, with experience spanning commercial litigation, intellectual property, and construction-related matters.

Kendall has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as One to Watch in Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Construction (2023–2026). She earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.S. in Neuroscience from St. Mary’s College of California.
