Justin Mello concentrates his practice on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate governance, consumer class actions, business competition torts, fraud, defamation and various intellectual property concerns, including trade secret misappropriation. Justin also has experience representing clients in California’s probate court, serving as counsel for beneficiaries and fiduciaries alike.
