Justin Birtcher focuses his practice in commercial finance, compliance, and business transactions. He works on a variety of matters pertaining to commercial and real estate secured transactions, loans, refinancing, and other financial transactions. Additionally, Justin has experience in drafting and negotiating to close a variety of agreements between Fortune 500 companies, including purchasing, licensing, nondisclosure, and intellectual property agreements.
Justin is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He worked for a Big-Four public accounting firm and performed audit, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and advisement work for multiple public and nonpublic clients in the aerospace, insurance, automotive, financial services, and construction industries.
