Justin Birtcher focuses his practice in commercial finance, compliance, and business transactions. He works on a variety of matters pertaining to commercial and real estate secured transactions, loans, refinancing, and other financial transactions. Additionally, Justin is proficient and has experience in drafting and negotiating to close a variety of agreements between Fortune 500 companies including purchasing, licensing, non-disclosure, and intellectual property agreements.
Justin is also a certified public accountant (CPA). He worked for a big-four public accounting firm and performed audit, SEC, and advisement work for multiple public and non-public clients in the aerospace, insurance, automotive, financial services, and construction industries.
