José Ignacio Rivero Andere is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Banking and Finance Practice Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate, banking and finance, and capital markets matters. He represents clients across a wide range of sectors in multimillion-dollar domestic and cross-border transactions.
José Ignacio has served on the board of directors of several companies. He also has experience serving as a liaison between Mexican and Latin American markets and the U.S. and Canadian markets.
