Jon Kotter is a member of the firm’s commercial finance group. His practice is concentrated in representing financial institutions and other parties in negotiating, structuring and documenting commercial and real estate loans, including loan syndications, workouts and foreclosures. His practice also includes experience in letters of credit, CMBS and other permanent lending, subscription facilities, lending to low income housing and other tax-credit-based projects, and legal opinions.
