Jon Frank is co-chair of Snell & Wilmer's Real Estate Practice Group. Jon Frank's practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and commercial leasing of all types. Jon regularly represents and advises landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of complex retail, office and industrial leases, with a special emphasis on tenant leasing. He has handled hundreds of tenant lease transactions including, build to suit ground leases for the development of company headquarters, high rise office leases, retail leasing for national restaurant chains and financial institutions, as well as leases for hospitals, health care providers, agricultural, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and other uses. Jon regularly represents buyers and sellers in connection with purchase, sale and development transactions involving income producing property, hotels and resorts, retail, residential, vacant land and other real estate assets of all sizes.
