Jeremy Stewart concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. He represents clients in complex antitrust and securities litigation, professional liability litigation, contract disputes, regulatory enforcement actions and general business litigation. His commercial litigation experience includes all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation dispute resolution through appeal. He has extensive experience representing clients before state and federal courts, in local and international arbitrations, in mediations and before numerous regulatory agencies.
Represented a leading electronics component manufacturer in price-fixing criminal investigations in the United States, Europe and Asia, and follow-on civil litigation by classes, individual purchasers and state attorneys general in federal and state courts
Defended a carbon fibers manufacturer in price-fixing litigations in federal and state court
Defended a leading distributor of liquefied petroleum gas in an investigation by the Federal Trade Commission
Represented a leading Internet company in the acquisition of another Internet company, including notifying and clearing the transaction through the Federal Trade Commission
Conducted internal investigations for multiple clients to ensure competition compliance
