Jeremy has defended global manufacturers in price-fixing investigations and follow-on litigation, and has guided clients through complex merger reviews and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings. He also provides antitrust compliance training, develops tailored compliance programs, and offers ongoing advisory services to help clients navigate evolving regulatory landscapes. Whether advising on strategic transactions or defending against high-stakes litigation, Jeremy brings deep experience and practical insight to every engagement.
Securities and Regulatory Enforcement
Jeremy represents clients in complex securities litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. His experience includes defending companies and individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by federal agencies and state regulators. He has advised clients on compliance strategies and has represented parties in disputes involving alleged violations of federal and state securities laws and regulations.

Real Estate, Eminent Domain and Takings
Jeremy has represented large companies, local businesses, and even individual land owners in a wide range of real estate disputes, including land use, property rights, eminent domain, and other takings cases.
