Jennifer Jamison is a seasoned civil litigator in Snell & Wilmer’s Portland office with extensive experience representing clients in complex civil disputes. Her practice spans a broad spectrum of matters, including construction defect, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, labor and employment, and contract disputes. With nearly a decade of experience as a civil defense attorney, Jennifer combines a deep understanding of defense strategy with a practical, results-driven approach to litigation. She also brings significant experience in labor and employment law, having represented employees in wage theft, discrimination, and representative actions, in both state and federal courts. Jennifer has extensive experience in written and oral advocacy, complex motion practice, and trial preparation. She has argued before the California Court of Appeal. Her well-rounded background enables her to evaluate risk from multiple perspectives and develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Portland Thorns and Portland Fire. She loves spending time with her family and exploring new food and wine throughout the Pacific Northwest.
