Jeff Willis has a regional commercial litigation practice. He regularly appears in Federal and State Courts in Arizona, Nevada and California. Over the last thirty-five years, he has tried many cases to verdict before juries and courts. In additon, he has handled a wide variety of other cases and arbitrations. These experiences include:

  • Defense of a publicly-traded company in a three-week jury trial in California Federal Court against charges of copyright infringement.
  • Defense of a major software manufacturer before a jury in Arizona Federal Court against charges of patent infringement.
  • Defense of a national bank in a two-week jury trial in Nevada State Court against claims of fraud, bad faith, and breach of contract.
  • Defense of a national bank before a jury in Arizona State Court on claims that the bank failed to honor Certificates of Deposit.
  • Defense of a national bank in two suits in Nevada Federal Court and the Ninth Circuit against claims of fraud and a breach of contract arising from sophisticated tenant-in-common financing.
  • Defense of a Government Sponsored Entity in two trials to the bench in Nevada State Court arising from enforcement of HOA liens.

Jeff is an experienced trial lawyer representing sophisticated clients in a variety of matters before courts and juries in the Southwest.
