Jeff Porter is a real estate and finance attorney with a practice representing lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in a broad range of commercial transactions. He has extensive experience representing banks and other lending institutions in connection with the origination of construction, permanent, bridge and asset-based loans. He has also represented creditors in enforcing their security interests and other rights and remedies, and in workout negotiations, forbearances and collection matters. Jeff's real estate finance experience includes financing for hotels, office and industrial properties, multifamily projects, condominium and townhome projects, land acquisition and development, and single-family home construction.
