Jeff Porter represents banks, other lenders, investors, and developers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of real estate and other asset-based lending transactions. He has also represented creditors in enforcing their security interests and other rights and remedies, and in workout negotiations, forbearances, and collection matters. Jeff's experience includes financing for hotels, office and industrial properties, multifamily residential properties, residential condominium and townhome construction projects, land acquisition and development, and single-family home construction.
