Jason Brinkley focuses his transactional law practice on the areas of real estate, energy, and mining matters, and he serves as co-chair of the firm's natural resources practice group. He advises clients with a wide array of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, land use and development, leasing, and permitting. He also represents local and national companies in connection with all aspects of oil and gas and other energy infrastructure projects, including right-of-way and easement acquisition, pipeline and asset acquisition, land use and permitting, project financing, and reclamation. In addition, Jason represents and advises mining clients on real estate, corporate, and operational matters.
Represents public and private homebuilders in the acquisition and development of master-planned communities and residential subdivisions in Colorado
Represents and advises clients on the acquisition of terminal sites, easement tracts, pump station sites, and valve sites, as well as obtaining necessary permits from state and local governments throughout the Rocky Mountain region relating to intrastate and interstate natural gas liquids and crude oil pipelines
Represents and advises clients on the acquisition, disposition and financing of multi-family, commercial and agricultural properties
Represents public and private homebuilders in various merger and asset acquisition transactions
Represents public mining client in complex joint venture to develop and operate international mine
