James Florentine focuses his practice in bankruptcy and related debtor and creditor rights matters. His experience includes representing parties in receivership and debtor-creditor litigation matters. James also has significant experience representing creditors in judgment collection matters.
James received his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where he was the Senior Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review, a member of the University of Arizona’s 2017 American College of Bankruptcy Law Meet team, and a two-year member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team. Prior to Snell & Wilmer, James was a summer associate at Kercsmar & Feltus PLLC. He also previously interned for the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
