Hayden Hilliard’s practice is focused in commercial finance. His experience includes cash flow lending, asset-based financing, and lending secured by commercial real estate. He represents banks and other institutional lenders in connection with borrower acquisitions, construction projects, debt refinancing, and other commercial lending transactions. Hayden previously served as senior counsel for a large regional bank where he provided advice and counsel regarding mortgage warehouse lending, equipment finance transactions and leasing, and other commercial finance loans and investments. Hayden uses his experience running deals and his insight into risk appetite to ensure smooth, fair negotiations and closings for all transactions.
