Hayden Hilliard Rejoins Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix Office

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Hayden Hilliard has rejoined the firm’s Phoenix office as an associate in its Commercial Finance Practice Group.

Hilliard focuses his practice on commercial finance, representing banks and institutional lenders in cash flow, asset-based, and commercial real estate-secured lending transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions, construction financing, debt refinancing, and other complex commercial lending matters, drawing on prior experience as senior counsel for a large regional bank.

Hilliard’s experience as in-house counsel provides him with a distinctive perspective on the challenges lenders face throughout the documentation, negotiation, and closing processes. Drawing on this firsthand understanding of client-side priorities and procedural nuances, he delivers practical, solutions-oriented counsel, and responsive service at every phase of a transaction.

Hilliard received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Arizona State University.
