Biography
Grant focuses his practice on real estate and construction matters, advising clients on a range of transactions, agreements, and disputes. His experience includes joint ventures, master-planned communities, and the drafting and negotiation of real estate and construction agreements. He also works with general contractors on transactional and operational matters, construction lien foreclosures, and other disputes involving real property and development projects.
Grant’s experience allows him to work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter, from initial planning and contracting through the resolution of disputes, providing practical solutions tailored to their legal and business objectives.
