Snell & Wilmer Welcomes P. Grant Pincock to the Salt Lake City Office
SALT LAKE CITY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that P. Grant Pincock joined the Salt Lake City office as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Grant focuses his practice on real estate and construction matters, advising clients on a range of transactions, agreements, and disputes. His experience includes joint ventures, master-planned communities, and the drafting and negotiation of real estate and construction agreements. He also works with general contractors on transactional and operational matters, construction lien foreclosures, and other disputes involving real property and development projects.
Grant’s experience allows him to work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter, from initial planning and contracting through the resolution of disputes, providing practical solutions tailored to their legal and business objectives. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, he was an associate at Anderson & Karrenberg, LLC. His previous experience also includes serving as a law student trainee with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as a legal intern in the Real Property Division of the U.S. General Services Administration.
Pincock earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah.
